Process was super easy since I had already been prescribed and taking zepbound from the Manufacturer. Medication came promptly although when I received my medication the vials and ice packs were no longer cold and were actually air temperature.

Relatively Happy
I've been happy with how relatively easy the sign up process was. My shipments were sent on time, however, when refrigerated items ship late in the week (mine always were), there's always the chance that FedEx doesn't deliver on the weekend, so your package may be delayed until Monday (as mine was). [Another time FedEx delivered to my neighbor's house (who wasn't home) so my delivery was delayed again although that wasn't NewSelf's fault.] I would have appreciated a bit more information initially on how to inject, as this was my first experience, but I looked that up online. When I first signed up, all programs were rather expensive. Some have come down in price, but after my first six months, I wasn't able to negotiate the price that a new NewSelf customer was receiving, nor could I get a three month prescription, only six months. At my age, I'm now eligible for the Medicare Bridge Program (at only $50 per month), so I won't be using NewSelf any longer. All told, I will be on their program for one year, and am happy with the amount of weight I lost (averaging ~2 lbs per week).
