I am currently on the 10 mg dose and it still does not seem to work as well as expected. I was on Zepbound but could no longer afford 450 per month. I realize it is a compound, just not sure of the compound pharmacy they are using?

Quick response and great shipping, my only problem is that they send you the EXACT amount for your dosage... For example I am at 50 units so they send me the exact amount to inject 4 - 50 unit doses... Injecting isn't exact so I usually end up with about 35 units for the 4th dose...

The entry process was very good and easy to navigate. The refill came quickly on time, and gave me a good warning about when it would be there. The only thing that I did not like was that when I tried to communicate with the doctor in the chat, I did not receive a response. I had to keep calling back to try to get a response then I would get a message back, but it would always be during my working hours that they would call back to talk to me. Otherwise, my experience has been good. The medication has helped me lose 50 pounds. I’m extremely pleased with my results.

I like how fast you ship the medications. I very much dislike AI. It never understands what I need or the information I need. Recently I was asking about changing my meds for better results, all AI would nre is give discount quotes and no information and what I should be doing or using the meds i have.

I paid for the year to get the best value. Their prices went down, $30 per month from $144.99 to 114.99 per month. I was only a month in and tried to get the better price. They said no, and would rather lose a customer than give the lower price. So right now I’m stuck paying more for the remainder of the year. Newself gets F rating for that. Their customer service has been excellent when you speak to a person. The doctor wasn’t receiving my messages asking for information needed to get my second supply. My order wasn’t sent out. The person I spoke with quickly fixed the problem and I received my second supply. I will update on how the 3rd shipment goes!!
