Letting you know by email or text message when your shipment is gonna arrive I do wish instead of taking another payment out you would give a heads up cause possibly I would want to change the product or the length of time I won’t get it for

Well I initially had a significant issue with the product. But support did a good job of dealing with the situation and made it right. I got product that is now working, and the follow up has been good.

Communication could be better and now that the costs are coming down for GLPs, any chance you will lower prices?

Very easy to get started. The product showed up quickly and seems to work as I'm down 21 pound in 75 days. They give you a "free" bottle of anti-nausea meds just in case, but I've not needed them. The only gripe I have is that their invoices and the online account overview lack a lot of useful information....it's hard to understand what you bought. Good news is that they've always provided the product that I paid for.
