Process is easy but communication is very minimal. Cannot leave a message until going thru the chat box. Would be nice to direct my messages to someone's inbox.

They are very helpful. The shipping is speedy and timely. Plus the refrigerated shipping container is appropriately sized. Not too big.

My medication took almost two weeks to get here. Its compounded a bit differently than my last retailer. This gives me hiccups. Ive only taken two doses and haven't had to talk to anyone. Just happy with cost right now.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear your delivery took longer than expected and understand how timing can be important when starting a new medication. We also appreciate your feedback about the formulation differences and your note about experiencing hiccups. Side effects can vary from person to person, especially early in treatment, and we understand it can take some time for the body to adjust. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the cost and that your experience with support has been minimal but smooth so far. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and your trust in NewSelf. Kind regards, Team NewSelf

Response from NewSelfJun 29, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the process was fast and efficient. We understand it can be disappointing not to see weight loss after your first two weeks, especially when you're eager to begin seeing results. Everyone’s journey is different, and progress can vary from person to person. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope you continue to see positive progress as you move forward. Kind regards, NewSelf Team
