Good product arrived cold and packed well?

I've been with NewSelf for going on 3 months now and I've not have any issues however, in June I paid my usual amount and in July I have not yet receive my medication. I've texted called and chatted and get the same answer. " it's on it's way" this is not acceptable and would really would like some answers and my medication.!!! NOT HAPPY!!

The quality of the product is good, but it seems they offer cheaper prices to new customers. I see prices for tirzepatide that are cheaper than mine.

It was helpful to talk to an actual person whenever I needed to. And also delivery service was quick, and the pricing was extremely Fair!

I feel like I’m not losing as much as I did when I went through a different provider a year ago. I don’t know if it’s a difference in dosage or compounding, but now that my dosage has increased, I am noticing a difference. Very happy with the responsiveness and the price.

The compounded Tirzepatide I recorded has been working and I am down about 20 pounds. Customer Service did fix my issues, after the couple days wait to get attention from Customer Service, I finally received a call back and a full resolution of my account.
