NewSelf quickly understood my issue - I had a several month run of semaglutide thas turned out well - but was plateauing, and I wanted to move up to tirzepatide without losing ground. They arranged for me to transition promptly and on appropriate doses. They reinvigorated my ongoing quest for health and fitness.

I have only been using it for three weeks so hard to make a review just yet. However, I was impressed with how quickly it was prescribed and delivered. Very grateful for the nausea meds to be included. So far I have had minimal side effects. I was, however, a little disappointed that a doctor did not contact me personally before prescribing. The instructions on how to use it were a bit vague and I was confused and not confident on how to proceed with the injections. Thankfully my friend suggested calling the pharmacy (?) prescriber directly and the contact, I think her name was Anne, helped me to understand how to use the medication/injections. The amount in particular…it was not clear and a bit confusing as to how much to inject…clearer directions are needed for sure

Everything I have expected have been met.

Everything seems very good but would it be possible to receive notification that your refill is in work prior to the the need to call and ask. The week that I use the last of my prescription would be the perfect time for you to send a notification that the refill is being processed or shipped. We finish and don’t know if we will have any the following week or not and wind up asking and receive a message explaining every 3 month etc. a simple notification would make it easier.

I was on a GLP1 and my insurance stopped coverage. I ended up ordering Tirzepatide through Newself. If you already know what you need, this works great and is cost effective. If you want to ask questions and get options from a Dr., I'm not sure this is the best way. When I've had a question, I've had to work hard to get past an AI bot to get to a person. I guess this is cheaper than a real Dr. for a reason........

The price is fair, the 4 week mailing system gets thrown off when the day used has 5 in a month, so that leaves a few days without a regular dose.
