I'm on week two with tirzepatide and glycine. So far, so good, and I'm waiting a month to see if I lose any weight. I'll come back and update.

Everything is great so far. Just a little slower than I'd like. No lasting side effects and easy instructions for injections. It would be nicer if meds were shipped every month instead of every three months so I could have the dosages adjusted for my personal weight loss journey. Everything else is going well.

I do not like the different pharmacies and different compounding almost every order. I’m never quite sure what doseage I’m getting. Also didn’t like that you couldn’t compound to the exact max doseage.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience! They shipped the medication really fast and it includes everything I need like alcohol swabs and syringes and even nausea medication. My only criticism is that the dosing was started extremely low and I didn’t see any weight loss until my third month. I would recommend everyone start a little bit higher than what is recommended so that you don’t spend a lot of money to lose nothing in the first month or two.

The communication has been pretty good. A few missteps, but nothing big. I had wanted them to HOLD sending my meds as I still had a few months left from old prescription, it was already on the way. During the "interview," I said, I had nausea at times. They filled an anti-nausea med for me (it wasn't needed, but it was sent). I wrote and that was taken off on subsequent orders. I am only a few months in, but I've been happy with everything; the meds and the service have been great.

So far I’ve been doing the shots only1 week but the results are working. The instructions were a little confusing don’t know if it was just 50unit or 2.5 units a week
