I would prefer leaving a review for after I've had a chance to see how effect it is. It did arrive in a timely manner and was well packed to stay cold. Did my first shot this morning. The needles seem to be a little flimsy. Did do a subcutaneous shot this morning. Next week I will inject it into the muscle.

The reason I didn't give you 5 stars is because there was a mixup on my next scheduled shipment. I would have not received supply for 3 months. It was corrected, although the AI chat was not helpful. It was resolved eventually and I did receive my missing shipment in a timely manner.

There was a mistake with an order. But after talking with customer support, everything was cleared up quickly. The shipping is very fast & done with cold packs. I've been very pleased with everything so far. I've been with newself 6 months & plan on continuing.

At first, there was some nuance that I was unaware of when it came to GLP one medication’s and new self also being a new company had some areas of opportunities. But I have been with them for six months and every encounter from the moment I began this journey has become more pleasant. They have done their best to match prices with other competitors and they have been extremely supportive in my journey to lose weight. I have lost 65 pounds and I’m extremely happy. I will not say that they are perfect because no one is and there is always room for opportunity, but I know that they’re doing the best that they can and that they’re on my side so to anyone out there who is ready to take that leap I would definitely recommend new self as a partner on your weight loss journey.
