The drug itself works as advertised. But when I ordered for 12 months I didn’t expect to be billed upfront. It’s deceptive. Also you ask for updates every 2 weeks but there is no way anyone reads them. I once mistyped my weight which should have been a red flag and I got no response or inquiry about it. I asked a question yesterday but have received no answer. Overall it feels like all communication actually comes from programmed AI machines. Even this text asking for honest feedback rings fake. But I lost 10 pounds that I had been trying to lose for years so the drug is great. The rest of this pretend medical advise stuff is BS

My most recent order arrived in melted ice packs and hot. I called customer service and was told the medication would be fine. When I opened my package the vial was different, was only a month supply and said to inject twice weekly (Monday and Thursday). I tried to message customer service and was told to message the doctor. That was September 2nd and I have yet to hear back from anyone.

This is my second year with NewSelf. I had to cancel my first membership and set up a new account in order to get the current pricing. I was surprised when the order came in and the prescription had changed to two injections a week instead of one. The research I read does not recommend the two dose weekly method. I reached out to the doctor and that is what he wants. I have not started the new dose yet, as I had a month of my first prescription left on hand. We will see have the twice weekly injection does soon.

I delayed logging on the site to complete the questionnaire on purpose because I wanted my next shipment to be delayed. I called to explain WHY I wanted my next shipment delayed, which was that I would be out of town when it arrived. The gal I spoke with was pleasant and told me to continue delaying the questionnaire. But she did ask for my approval to charge my credit card for the shipment, which I DID NOT GIVE. That phone call and delaying the questionnaire DID NO GOOD. I was sent the medication anyway and delivery by FedEx was delayed due to a wildfire in my area-my neighborhood had to evacuate. I was supposed to have been out of town, but instead I had to evacuate my home due to the fire! When I received the medication, it was warm so wonder how that affects it's efficacy. I'm disappointed that my instructions given during the phone call were NOT followed.

Not crazy about the AI responses to clinical question on dosage. It is difficult to visit with a real person. My last prescription arrived late and the contents in the pouch were warm. So, far the trizeptide is working well.

I did not like that. The portals did not work properly when trying to upload a photo for the doctor. Anything I tried to say got rerouted to the customer service portal and an AI nothing nobody. Try to email the photo to the email address given to me by the AI nothing nobody, and it was returned as undeliverable. This went on for two days no callbacks no nothing. I finally got a hold of somebody when I tried to tell them to just go ahead and cancel, and then Raymond helped me and Raymond was great. He was very helpful and I had my medication within 2 to 3 days, without him. I would’ve gone somewhere else.

The only thing that bothers me most was the payment method, it was very misleading as I thought it was a monthly plan and it wasn’t and it ended up being very unaffordable after drawing the whole amount (yearly) out of my account!
