The medication did not work at all for me,I cancelled my subscription and they still charged me for another 3 months with know refund and now they are trying to charge me again

I had my dosage get mailed to me. The vials were sent to me empty. I have photographic proof. Here is the AI response. 'Hello there, Regarding your request for a refund for the remaining 3 months of your plan. I completely understand your situation and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us. After reviewing your account history, our records show that you were enrolled in a 6-month plan, and both 3-month shipments covering your full 6-month period have already been prepared and sent to you. Per company policy and medication handling guidelines, once medications have been processed and shipped, we are unable to issue a refund for the remaining 3-month portion of your plan. However, we have gone ahead and canceled your subscription so that no future renewals or charges will take place. I also understand you mentioned experiencing some issues or questions regarding your dosages. Your health and comfort are extremely important to us, and I would love to help walk you through your dosage schedule or connect you with our medical team to ensure you feel supported and comfortable moving forward" No one has tried to rectify the situation.

Well another update. Newself claimed they have sent all medication. Unfortunately they can't do basic math. I paid 2 mo ths and only received one month plus the wrong medication. I had to go the route of filing a dispute with my bank. It is clear as day count the payments and count what was mailed. I encourage everyone to avoid this scam. There are other companies out there that will actually help their customers rather than rip them off. I wish I could attach screenshots of messages. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Don't believe the paid reviews. REBUTTAL to your response below. You're right I did receive two shipments but what you failed to see is that 2 different medications were mailed, tirzepatide and semaglutide. This proves my point as to how incompetent your company is. I have provided you screenshots of all this but it appears you cannot read or do basic problem solving. Correct I did not answer your call because I was not able to record it. Please research company. BBB complaints, a warning letter from the FDA. I have submitted state medical complaints. A scam that will hurt people by sending wrong medications.

Per your request or attempted request, I do not see that you used the Trustpilot request for more information feature, otherwise I would have been notified. Please do as you have outlined. As this is an uninvited/unverified review how would you know who I am to contact me. Just received my second subscription 3 months and the vials have barely any medication in them. I would say they are 1/8 full in each vial (per month). Nothing like the first subscription. The medication dosage was also decreased. Why would I need get a lower dosage as I had been progressing in the first subscription. So, the bottom line is there is barely enough medication for an estimated month in total, and a lower dosage but charged over $600. I reached out via chat and was told someone would reach out in 72 hours. This now feels like a bait and switch. I will be contacting my credit card company should they not resolve the issue.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! It’s been over 4 months and they have over $900 of mine. I’ve called every day for their mishaps in delivery times and they have pushed me around with 121 people so far and many are supervisors saying they’ll “taking on the issue and will fix it” then ghost me EVERY SINGLE TIME. I let them know that if be sending out a one star review if they didn’t remedy the issue and that didn’t seem to matter to them either bc many people like me just fall into their sale and they make more money that way, and don’t care who they take from even though we are patients and customers. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! PS. Edit: I got a message from this saying they don’t have proof that this was an actual experience so I hope that they reach out by phone so that I can tell them. I’ve been sending messages for 4 months straight and that isn’t doing anything. I have hundreds of messages and hopefully they do record tree phone calls bc it’s ALL THERE!

I paid out of pocket for medical care and waited 5 weeks for a doctor to answer a simple medication dosage question. Despite repeated promises, no physician ever responded. Customer service even claimed a doctor had replied when it was clearly not a doctor. I canceled my care and was promised a refund, but 2+ months later I'm still waiting. This wasn't just bad customer service, it was a serious failure of patient care. * after two months a partial refund was sent but the math was off. I asked for a detailed receipt and they could not provide one after going over the math in text. They should be able to break it down and have a final receipt but of course they don't. My experience has been awful and the run around on a partial refund is embarrassing. After all I've been through and never truly getting Dr. care, a full refund and/or breakdown would have been the proper customer service experience.

We have been charged 3 times & the last two times recieved no product. I may not have recieved first set but we gave for sure not recieved the last two every 3 months orders. This place is a scam. We want our money back for the orders we did not get. And cancel auto ship. You guys have stolen $1500 from my hubby’s cc. You never sent us product. I signed up but never received the last 3 sets. Show me the shipping receipts & pics. Scam of a company.

This company is horrible. The medicine is not approved by FDA. When trying to contact medical staff it took 3 weeks go a response through the AI portal only after complaining to the customer AI. This company is a joke and has been reported to the better BBB. Please be aware and do your research
