They made the approval process easy. The doctors are very good about answering any questions I might have. When I needed more nausea medicine they sent an rx to my pharmacy for me. Very pleased.

I had initally ordered and when my package arrived there was no information regarding dosage or instructions as to where to inject. All that was in the box was 3 vials and needles. I had to reach out to customer support for instructions. I didn't see any results until the 3rd month and the results were very minor. I took a break and finally re-ordered. My new order came with clear instructions. Very detailed and a much better experience then the first time.

i had a hard time in the beginning because the first lady I spoke to got my email address all wrong - from then on it was all mixed up. I tried to talk to an IT person, but I guess you don't have them. Anyway, that was straightened out. Also, on the medical chat line the conversation started by the doctor repeated itself over and over again - I guess I would suggest you get someone to help out with that kind of problem.

I got the medication promised but I had a problem with excessive amount taken out of my checking that wasn’t approved. They did put it back after my banking made a claim.

The service is reliable and the product excellent but when the company took over our original pharmacy we were not offered the lower price opportunity that a new account holder would get and that is the only reason I did not provide 5 stars

They do follow through, which is awesome! Sometimes, the messaging can be confusing. Always fast delivery and a fair price.
