I am 5 days into using NewSelf. It has been so helpful in eliminating the food noise and “mindless snacking”. Very happy thus far as I am down 3 pounds.

First month
I am on week four of my injections and so far I feel amazing. I have dropped 7lbs in the last month and it’s the best feeling ever! I have been trying for five+ years to drop all my post baby weight and nothing has helped until now. I have not had any side effects thankfully as of yet. I’m very very very happy with everything so far!

I'm only 18 days in - I've lost 8 lbs
I'm only 18 days in and I've lost 8 lbs! I feel great! Only super mild discomfort in the first few days, which I remedied with some extra fiber (chia seeds) in my smoothie. Very happy so far!

So Far… I’m impressed!
So far, so good! The doctors have been communicative, the medication arrived quickly, and the price is right! I’m only a few weeks in, and haven’t seen a big drop in weight yet, but I’m hopeful!
