I LEFT A ONE-STAR REVIEW ON NEWSELF WEIGHT LOSS SAYING THEY WERE A SCAM AND WARNED PEOPLE TO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. WHEN I WOULD NOT CHANGE MY REVIEW, THEIR REPLY ON MY TRUST PILOT REVIEW OF THEM SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND ME IN THEIR SYSTEM. THEY LEAVE THIS COMMENT ON ALL BAD REVIEWS. THEY HAVE WEEKS OF COMMUNICATION WITH ME, SO OBVIOUSLY THEY KNOW WHO I AM. THIS COMPANY JUST LIES AND LIES. THEY ARE JUST SHOWING YOU WHO THEY ARE, HOW THEY WORK, AND WHY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! THEIR COMMENT BELOW IS THE SAME. WHEN ALL IS DONE, THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT I AM NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM. LIES!

If I could give them zero stars, I would - there have been MULTIPLE ISSUES from the onset - the first being receiving my first shipment WITH THE SECURITY TAPE BROKEN upon receipt- to lack of their responsiveness following up with me as to the safety of the meds and if I should start the meds or not! Then there was some miscommunication on the dosing amounts and another delay in responding- these other reviews that they’re saying they’re so timely is complete BS. They say they’ll get back to you within 72 hours and that’s not even correct. Most are AI bots via text or even thru the portal. I’ve had little to NO SUCCESS in the first three months of using the meds as directed, so much so, that I questioned if the medication had been tampered with or if it was a full on scam! They repeatedly asked for my patience stating delays in communication and coordination because of systems issues/pharmacy changes/ staff turnover- they’ve got all the excuses. As to the expected second package delivery I repeatedly told them I had only a one week window where I would be home to receive , they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem - and I was in continual contact with them but QUESS WHAT IT DIDNT HAPPEN! I’m attempting to report them …prospective customers GO ELSEWHERE -LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS and the voiced concerns. This is a SCAM

RUN! How on earth do they have a good rating? In 4 months I have lost no weight, but instead gained 6 pounds! I keep asking for help and being told first off, to go on a diet!!.... And then that my case will be expedited... And nothing. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I would love to sue them. And this is Pam, not my husband. Why Trustpilot did that, I have no idea.

Do not do business with this company. It's a scam. I paid $449 for a Semaglutide plan on September 5, 2026. And have received nothing. I've called, emailed, messaged through the portal. With no response whatsoever. Just some AI bot nonsense claiming to have "escalated" my support ticket. Do not sign up for this company, it's 100% BS. Terrible customer service, it's absolute garbage.

Customer service is ai worthless. Agents just rehash issue and it goes no where. I have asked doctor for current dosage and have not heard back for 3 days. Referred me to customer support where ai referred me back to the doctor. So far I give this company a 0 mark for lack of knowledge and clarity.

**Update: The only reason my money was refunded is because I made a claim with my bank. BEWARE** Fraudulent Company - I've been waiting for my medication for three weeks. I paid for it and cannot get a response from anyone other than an AI bot. It's impossible to speak to a human and my next step is to contact my bank.

Terrible experience — delayed medication, warm shipment, and unexplained prescription change My experience with NewSelf has been extremely frustrating and concerning. My medication was significantly delayed, leaving me without tirzepatide for approximately two weeks. Also they increased the price without notifying me by $100. When it finally arrived, the package contained cooling packs, but they were completely warm. This is an injectable compounded medication that I expected to arrive properly temperature-controlled, so I was immediately concerned about whether the medication was still safe and effective to use. Then I discovered that my prescription had been changed without any explanation to me. My previous prescription was tirzepatide 28 mg/mL, with instructions to inject 50 units once weekly — approximately 14 mg per week. The medication NewSelf just sent is only 10 mg/mL, with instructions to inject 75 units twice weekly — 7.5 mg per injection and 15 mg total per week. So not only did the concentration change dramatically, but my dosing schedule was changed from once weekly to twice weekly. No one contacted me to explain why my prescription was being changed or discussed the new dosing schedule with me. This is exactly the type of medication where clear communication and accurate dosing instructions matter. Patients should not have to sit at home comparing old and new vial concentrations and doing the math themselves to figure out what they’ve been prescribed. Between the lengthy delay that caused me to miss approximately two weeks of medication, the medication arriving with warm cooling packs, and an unexplained change in both concentration and dosing schedule, I have lost confidence in NewSelf’s handling of my care and canceling. I expect much better communication and quality control from a company dispensing prescription injectable medication. Update: new self was very concerned about this poor but honest review. I asked for a full refund and they agreed to give me half of my money back. However, they wanted me to take down this review and exchange for a partial refund. they are continuing to email and reach out to me to delete this. Message to NewSelf - we are done here. Do not contact me again.

Medication was delivered very hot. Not frozen. Web site does not give access to the Dr directly.
