I have used the product for 3 months, with 3 months to go to complete my commitment. I was on Wegovy for 2 moths prior to switching to the same active ingredient at NewSelf . No question that it is way less expensive thru NewSelf and the results were the same. The kits you receive are well packaged and complete but, as my deliveries where in the summer in North Carolina, the ice pack did not deliver the product without exposing it to heat. An extra day in shipping didn't help although this was FedEx's fault. One annoying issue to mention is that 1/2 way though my 6 month plan I was required to pay for the next 6 month or cancel my plan (with delivery of my paid next 3 months still delivered). I am very near my weight loss goal and didn't want to commit to and pay for 6 months more at that time. While canceling I was offered progressively greater discounts to continue and warned that I might not get similar pricing in the future. This seems like a lot of "sales pressure" and an option to renew closer to the end of my initial 6 months would have made more sense.

Great customer service, quality of product and pricing.

This is my 2nd year with this company. The shipping is quick. The product is packaged well. I don’t like that I couldn’t get the New customer discount. I did get a discount but not as much as the New customers. I had to keep asking. Also, the check in surveys are random & I received the same survey a few times even after completing it.

I really liked using newself. It was easy and they made the process simple to use. The price was very reasonable and what I loved most was there wasn’t a membership fee.

Encouraged by a friend to try a GLP 1, I shopped for an affordable option when insurance wouldn’t cover my prescription. I was skeptical about taking a compound drug especially because my doctor discouraged me from taking a compound. I have lost 17 pounds in three months. If I would change anything I would say that I don’t feel like I have gotten a lot of information or support but I guess it’s a good thing that I’m not inundated with emails.

The communication is good, would be a little more helpful if they would give a little more details when shipping the product. To this point the product seems to be working, was hoping to lose weight a little faster. Let's see what happens with this new shipment. The prices are decent without using insurance. Wound prefer it to be a one time purchase versus having to cancel at the end of my commitment. I like the 3 months worth of medicine at a time, it's very convenient. So far no complaints.

I’ve gotten my meds in a timely manner. They seem to want to help with whatever I need.

The customer service is amazing, I get my deliveries on time every time a new shipment comes. I feel like it’s a little pricy for a monthly price but it’s a good product
