I started the process with NewSelf (i.e. provided my credit card information) and began reviewing different types of medication. Prior to STEP 1 (FILLING OUT THE INITIAL APPLICATION), I consulted with my doctor and was advised that GLP-1s may conflict with my current medications and advised to not proceed. I went online to cancel payment (they don't tell you that you're signing up for a minimum of 3 months). I was told that I'd have feedback on the cancelation within 2 business days......7 days later I get a marketing text about $50 off, so I reply asking about my refund and requesting a call. A rep did call me the next day, but said that she could not cancel it and it had to be "reviewed". Following the review, and presumably only because I consulted a doctor who advised me to not proceed, I was told that they could refund my money but there was a $99 administrative fee for the doctor--I NEVER FILLED OUT THE MEDICAL FORM! THEREFORE, THERE WAS NO INFORMATION FOR ANY DOCTOR TO REVIEW! This is a 3rd party cash grab. While I don't fault them for being enterprising, I do fault them for both making me jump through hurdles over the course of 3 weeks and many communications to get a refund and for charging for a service that was not only never used, but never even applied for.....GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO USES THIS SITE!

They sent me the wrong dose and I didn’t realize it until I had been throwing up for 15 hours. The issue was switching from oral to shots. When I finally got the doctor to call back he acknowledged this. Good news: I now have an inexpensive supply of 3x what I thought I was getting. Bad news: I almost ended up in the ER and still feel terrible. I wish I had chosen a different site with more direct and accessible customer service. I’m angry and worried as I wait for this overdose to leave my system.

I recently posted a review here with the absolute truth of my awful experience with this company. Part of that review states that the company canceled my membership because they did not want to fulfill their promises to me to issue a refund and discount on my next order THEY OFFERED to me in writing through the customer support chat. Here is an excerpt of their response… “ To clarify a few important points: Memberships are never canceled to avoid issuing a valid refund. If a refund or discount was committed in writing and eligibility criteria were met, our billing team reviews and honors that.” New Self has still not honored their promises as I have not received anything from them. As I said, I have all of this in writing. I recommend you get your GLP-1 meds from any other provider. There are a lot of choices in this market, so why buy from a company with no credibility for customers. This company has the worst customer support I’ve ever encountered!

I have been on semiglutide prior to switching to NewSelf. I was losing weight slowly. I switched companies because my provider changed. I have been on NewSelf for 3 weeks. My hunger is raging and I've gained weight. They started me on a slightly higher dose and I'm confused as to why this is happening. I have tried to log my information in the Metabolic Report but it does not save. There is no place to track my weight but on a separate site. I have messaged customer service countless times with no reply. Please do your research because I obviously did not research this enough. I also paid for a year up front to get the best price. I'm sooo sorry I did.

Have been waiting since December 10th for my second delivery. Have talked to customer service. Thy said they would escalate the matter and I would hear from someone within 48 hours. That was six days ago. I went ahead and contacted my state's consumer affairs. They are being investigated for fraud Update; They say I did'nt reply to a message. First, I never received any message. The first time I called about this issue. I spoke to a lady. Who said she updated the prescription for me. Called back another time it had not been done. The third time I called I was told the matter would be escalated and I would receive a phone call. That never happened. At this point, all I want is my money back.

I was charged immediately upon filling out card information. I had not filled out a medical history form and I did not have a consultation with dr. I was sent confirmation of what was being sent and it was no where near the dose I was taking. I sent a photo of current prescription. The description that was in receipt is not what is shown on their website landing page. I tried cancelling order. You cannot talk to a doctor or customer service. It is all through messages. You can only send 255 words per message. I tried 7 times to contact dr and each time it said message cannot be sent. I received the GLP-1 and after three doses gained 6 lbs. I had zero side effects that I normally have. Again, contacted them. I have no idea what is being put into my body. I sent 31 messages and was told three times a refund ticket was requested. I was told by one customer service rep to stop taking medication and they were escalating my case. 7 days later there was no resolution. Each message was a run around. So now I am stuck with a product that is very expensive that does not work. They charge 100.00 for doctor consultation that I never received. There a no resolutions with this company if you have an issue.

I tried the semaglutide and it doesn't work and I have told them. I asked to go on the other product, and they charge way more for it. Then today the just automatically charged my credit card with out my permission. So they said I had an active prescription so they just charged me. Wow really as they can see I have complained and requested to go on the other but then told them I would shop somewhere else as its over 100.00 more. Now they say there is a 99.00 cancelation fee where did that come from. This is how this place operates. I have turned them into my bank. And I don't want to take this kind anymore and it has screwed up my body very badly it took 3 weeks to get me back to being normal . I want my full refund and you don't have ant permission to use my credit card. And I never signed a contrat I gave my name and email address did you send me any documents to sign no you didn't. Cancel everything and refund me my money. Nothing has been shipped to me . Cancel now and credit my card back now. The doctor even told me that this semuglide wasn't for me. So enough with I should take lots more of it. REFUND REFUND REFUND REFUND NOW
