I'm leaving this review to let everyone know that I should have stayed with newself. I found a 12-month plan on altrx that was a really great deal so I abandoned newself and bought that plan. Boy, do I regret it. I have been treated very poorly by altrx. Ironically, they are rated much higher than newself. Newself deserves a much higher rating than they have. They should be listed on the top 10 list. The physician called me and spoke with me on the phone personally before prescribing anything. I also received a complimentary box of Zofran for nausea. That was very considerate. I am so regretful that I bought the other plan because I should have stayed with newself. In fact, if I can manage to get a refund from altrx I will return to newself promptly!

Received my medication quickly and is working great

The experience requesting the medication was fairly easy. I did have trouble with my password getting accepted but I’m sure that was on me. I felt it was not different than going to the doctors office which I did a month ago but my insurance would not cover the prescription.

Simplicity of ordering! Do you have an advice line should I need one it!

The price was right; customer service was top notch; delivery was super fast; I have no complaints.
