Prefer to review and rate things when I'm ready to do so
Giving it three stars from now as this is not enough time for rating the company that I just started with yet however everything seems okay medications came on time. I was told that there would be an instruction video there was not I had to look it up on YouTube. I also don't like being asked to rate several times over I like to do it when I'm ready. It's only been a month not long enough for me to actually give a quality review yet

Hi Nakima, Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to explain your experience so clearly. I’m glad to hear that your medication arrived on time and that things have been okay so far. At the same time, I sincerely apologize for the frustration around not being able to easily find the instruction video and for feeling pressured by repeated review requests. You’re absolutely right—one month is often not enough time to fairly evaluate a treatment or a company, and you should never feel rushed to leave a review before you’re ready. Your feedback about the instruction video is important. Clear guidance on how to use medication should be easily accessible, and we recognize that having to search externally is not ideal. This is something we are actively working to improve. Please know that review reminders are automated, but your point is completely valid, and we appreciate you calling it out. We respect that you prefer to share feedback when you feel you can give a meaningful and accurate review. If you have any questions about your medication, dosing, or next steps as you continue, we encourage you to reach out through your patient portal so our team can support you directly. Thank you again for your honesty and patience. We’re glad to have you with us and hope your experience continues to improve as you move forward. Warm regards, NewSelf Team
