I am happy with the quick responses when I have questions. I have had some for my medical care provider and others for customer service. Sometimes I am confused about who I should direct my questions to (medical or customer service).

Victo and Ricardo showed up right on time. Victor explained the whole installation very clearly and gave me a number of option. They then did a very clean installation. I know everything works properly because two days later, .SCE did a public safety power shutoff and about 20 to 30 seconds later, the generator kicked and everything turned. Fantastic!
