This review is way to early I haven’t even received my medicine yet

I did a mountain of research prior to beginning my weight loss journey. The lower cost was why I decided to do business with NewSelf. I really appreciate the fact that I don’t have to leave my home in order to be on this treatment with this company. I’ve been on the program for about 6 months now. I am able to walk normally now and fit into clothes I haven’t been able to wear in years! Thank you!

UPDATE: As of 9/26, a rep from Newself contacted me after seeing this review. He apologized for how the situation was handled, said it did not represent the way they treat customers. He offered to replace the defective batch. It’s true I’m nervous to try it again in case a skin sensitivity has been triggered, therefore a refund would have been preferred. But, because that isn’t an option, at least they are taking action to make it right. I have received the replacement and they actually sent me 6 months instead of only 3. As long as this batch doesn’t cause me to have the skin issues, I am NOW a happy customer, but they should have done this when the incident occurred. I’ll update if it causes problems for those with skin sensitivity problems. I haven’t tried it yet. The first batch (3 months) was fine. I lost 7 pounds. But within 12 hours of my first dose from the second batch, my skin began to feel severely sunburned everywhere clothing touched it. My eyes, mouth, and face were burning for weeks to where I had to wear a gel freezer mask at night. I had to wear super soft no elastic waist/sleeve clothing for 3-4 MONTHS. I’m now at 6 months out, and it’s much less severe. I’m almost back to normal, but certain fabrics still irritate me. They were of NO HELP. They refused to send me a new batch as exchange or give a refund. I am out $500. I thought it was just me, but I gave it to a friend to try, and 2 days later she was in the ER with severe dehydration and was sick for 3 weeks. We both took the minimum dose. I sent many emails, and finally spoke to a representative over the phone. They said they called many times, but the calls weren’t going through. I was given a direct number to call, and the representative said they do not offer returns/refunds for any reason. This was a repeat of what the first rep said.

September 11 2026 Very happy I’m loosing weight on a gradual basis with only small side effects.

This was the best price I could find online and someone recommended this company. The product works and they've been responsive when I've contacted them with questions. I kind of plateaued after losing around 25 pounds so might switch to tirzepitide as recommended but generally my experience has been good.

Ordering and refilling seem streamlined. Mds and staff actually respond to emails. Packaging is very good.

Good pricing good service when an issue comes up occasionally I ask to talk to a representative and someone contacts me with in 24 hours and has always resolved the issue
