It took a lot of work communicating with several people. I wanted my order delayed a couple of weeks as I would be gone. Finally got an email it was taken care of. I logged wondering when it would arrive only to find out there is no order. What details would you like? I don't like to give personal details. I started getting emails asking questions that a new patient would complete. I.e. weight, goal etc. I ignored. Finally, I received items. Maybe because you had my payment from the first time. I'll be happy to email you. Provide it an I'll give details. Gail

UPDATE- I have to change my 5 star review to a 1 star. I just got my first shipment and both ice packs were completely melted. I've been trying to get hold of someone but I'm getting the runaround. Not happy. My first order has just shipped but I'm excited to get started. My previous company had Semaglutide with B-12 which I thought would be great but New Self has prescribed Semaglutide with Glycine which actually helps preserve muscle. They have also made sure that I understand why shipping is handled in 3 month deliveries.

Absolute worst bunch of scammers online. STAY AWAY from this company. They take your money, but don't even supply the medication you're asking for. After subscribing and asking to cancel, they charged the credit card again. When calling and texting with them they said they would reach out to "upper management" and get back. But they never did. Sadly had to dispute the charges with the credit card company. Don't do business with these lying scammers.

Their site is horrible. They try to offer load you with products and grey out or hide the skip options. I accidently ended up ordering something else thinking I was getting the shot. I was able to get them to cancel it after 3 attempted contacts. Their "dashboard" is full of misleading and broken links. Their update indicated that the DR review 24-48 and it has now been over 120 hours and is still processing. Believe it or not, ethics and integrity matter. You do not need to lie to your customer. It results in bad reviews and lost revenue. I have sent back a request for the order to be cancelled and a full refund. No, I will not contact your company as I already have. No, I will not provide more detail on what is broken. Try your site your self and figure it out. Updated on 7/31 - company still harasses me on nearly a biweekly basis. I may not be the smartest person in the world but I do not believe ignoring your customers request. Continuing to bug them and lieing to this is not be best way to earn repeat business. I will do my very best to ensure you never get a dollar for me. Additionally, I will do my very best to make sure everyone know how poor your service is. You have earned this glowing 1 star review, irritated your customer and proved what a trashy company you are.

This is the absolute worst company. It’s a sham. I have tried to cancel and have sent about 6 emails and was told my membership was canceled. Yet I was charged 6 weeks later. I will now report them to my credit card company and the BBB. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a 3 month supply of Tripeptide from NewSelf syringes were not included in my order--and I was the wrong GLP1 drug. I have called the customer service (CS)number at least 5 times. CS has not responded over two weeks of diligent attempts to get answers. I have texted in the portal. I have called CS who claims to have opened trouble tickets--no response. I have asked to speak to a US customer service rep and been told someone will call me back--two weeks NO RESPONSE. I have asked to speak to a Dr. NO RESPONSE IN TWO WEEKS. I have decided to go with a different GLP1 company--maybe ro--but I cant get an answer on how to return the wrong prescription to Newself and get a refund. On the billing page the button to cancel subscription is not highlighted to select. THIS HAS BEEN A NGHTMARE AND I FEAR THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND NOT PROFESSIONALLY STAFFED OR MANAGED. My next remedy is to file a complaint with the FDA, and FTC. I have dont that today. Newself is not a good option for anyone looking for weight loss management assistance with GLP1 medications. Be very careful. Update-Newself contacted me and assured me they would resend the correct medication, instructions and syringes. I received them and am now trying again to get Newself to teach me how to inject the GLP1 medication. Supposedly there is a video they send out. I've requested the video. I've submitted a request for Dr. assistance on the Newself portal. Again no response--I will update my complaint to the FDA as well. Be very careful with subscribing to Newself. They promise the world and deliver zero's. It has been a month since I first applied and still am not using the medication already paid for.

Make sure that you don't give them any information prior to committing to using their service. I was shopping around and gave them some basic info. Without dr approval or commitment they charged me. When I reached out about a refund I still had to pay a $99 "admin" fee.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BAD SERVICE HOW EVER VERY GOOD AT BILING THE CREDIT CARD
