I didn't fully understand that they were going to hit my cc for 1100 instead of monthly billing. I immediately tried to cancel and their guy Mathew said I would be sent over to their refund department and I should here from them in 24 to 48 hours , so far nothing , about time to the sheriff dept. Involved in this one.

I placed my 1st order in December. Received it, all was well. Paused it in April, had not received the next shipment yet. They continued to charge me, when I blocked their payment they used another name (newself limited) to charge me. Replying to Newself's response: I have all evidence that I AM a customer. Including bank statements where I have been charged and screenshots of all communication. Though, I use my full first name (Jessica).

SHADEY: Sales flat-out lied to me, misled me. Told me I could request an increase in units when I speak to a doctor. They told me the Rx would not process until I spoke with a doctor. On the same day I applied and paid, I was approved, but the dosage was wrong in units. I DECLINE the and the request to approve the Rx. Customer service promised the order would not move forward as she "escalated" to the refund dept. The Rx is now being processed by the pharmacy. There is nothing I can do but pay for Tirzepatide for 3 months, and the dose is wrong. The scammed and are very shady. There are no managers or refund dept. UPDATE: Of course, they are going to say that. I am not going to put my personal business email, phone, or full name here. That is private information.

I’ve lost nothing on their Compounded Tirzepatide and I’ve been on the program for 7 weeks now. It’s probably not even Tirzepatide in the vials! I just cancelled my subscription (after spending a ton of money!)

This company will NOT stop calling me. I emailed, texted, and told them over the phone I went with a more reputable company and to stop calling and they don't. Its a different burner number every time so I can not even block the number. Go with this company if you want a new stalker! *Edit to add after they responded* Nice try, New Self. You are still texting me daily. I can attach screenshots maybe? After this review I have 7 texts from you guys. Last one was Monday 4/27 at 6:19AM (AM!!) with a gif of Kermit the frog saying "I can wait forever". No joke. I responded asking to speak to a live person and just got another text.

I've used Noom and Newself... Stick with Noom. It works and Newself does not. .... I signed up for 6 months. They got me the medication quickly. The first 3 months went fine, I lost a little weight. However, when they upped the medication dosage for the 2nd half, they didn't send me enough medication and they had conflicting instructions. In one section of the instructions, they say 50 units is .5 ml and in another section, they say 50 units is 1 ml. REgardless, I ran out of medication more than 1 month before renewal and I gained weight. Meaning the upped dosage didn't work. I would recommend trying a different vendor. When I reached out to them to send me more medication. They said I would need to pay again. However, their agreement is that the one time payment covers any dosage amount. If you run out way in advance after following their bad instructions, they should send more viles free of charge. They refused to do so. I write this review. [Updated post Newself Reply] - I communicated plenty through their messaging app. If TrustPilot allowed screenshots, I would show the communications. Newself made it very clear that additional medication would require an additional $800 payment. I warned them that this review would come and they did not seem to care until it did. So to sum up. The medication they sent did not work ... Medication works through Noom. And when they sent the wrong dosage instructions (I can provide a screenshot) and then the medication ran out. They were unwilling to help. So I closed the account.

I tried to cancel my subscription in advance of the ship date.I received a phone call from someone who could not speak English clearly, explaining why I cancelled. They billed me anyway. They are crooks, clear and plain!!

This is the PRIME EXAMPLE OF “BAIT and SWITCH! Thankfully I recorded my calls with them! Sales person Olivia PROMISED they only prescribed regular dosages of Tirzepatide (2.5 through 15mg) and only compounded it with B12. When my order appeared on their website COMPLETELY OPPOSITE (12 mg not 12.5 and 14, not 15 plus B6 not B12) and after I specifically ordered B12 and stated NO B6, their site stated I had 12 hours to decline! I IMMEDIATELY DECLINED on their site, by text and by phone. Then they IMMEDIATELY sent it to the pharmacy (forget that 12 hours to decline…they processed it within the first hour!) On one of the phone calls they said they would “elevate the problem and get back to me”! OLIVIA stated you could cancel at ANY TIME EXCEPT “AFTER” YOU RECEIVED THE MEDS! NOW THEY SAY I CAN’T CANCEL! I filed a report with my credit card for fraud and provided screen shots! I didn’t find out until later that the FDA was after them for EXACTLY THESE ISSUES AND MORE! Meeting with an attorney on Monday! This is a potentially dangerous scam! RUN RUN RUN AWAY! HERSELF has stated that I am NOT A CLIENT AND THIS IS A FALSE REVIEW. I have provided screenshots of my account, text, email and online messages to and from them! I also sent them to TrustPilot (and to my bank to dispute charges) to verify my factual statements and customer status. THIS IS A FACTUAL REVIEW FROM AN ACTUAL ACCOUNT.
