Because my wife had already been using a GLP-1, I was familiar with the process and did not need a lot of detail assistance with what to do and what to expect. I researched companies to use that had a history of excellent customer service and fair pricing. I am happy that I selected NewSelf (different choice than my wife). I love how easy the process is and the meds are delivered very quickly. The only suggestion that I would make is to leave the patient account unlocked for the patient to update as they choose. The payment method is locked until it is time for the next order. The prices are very competitive but having the patient locked out of their own payment accounts until the small window before the order will be charged, gives a hostage vibe. Your prices and program are good. There is no need to lock the door so tightly.
