The van picked us up on time and it was a fun trip out to the manchac swamp where we spent about 2 hours winding our way though cypress trees. We saw about 3 baby alligators and some turtles as well as 1 owl. It was really gorgeous. Highly recommended.

The experience kayaking was great! Location and gear great. Our only suggestion is that there be clearer communication with passengers and when communicating, project voices so everyone can hear. There were really minimal introductions and zero discussion about what to expect. A little direct communication will fine tune the experience to be exceptional. Mathew did a great job for his first trip w regard to information - needs to work on voice projection. Also there should be a guide (if two) on either end of kayakers. Passengers shouldn't have to ask guide to pay attention to them when they fall behind. Guide should know status and whereabouts of each pax at all times.

This was Matthews first tour so the feedback is appreciated. This is Jeffrey, the manager responding. I was also along on tour. Kind of confused by this feedback because we had eyes on the entire group over the course of the tour. We would absolutely never leave anyone behind and are constantly counting boats after each stage of the route. It may have seemed this way when one boat is 100 feet behind the rest of the group but I assure you this was never the case during this tour. I think Matthew did an excellent job but I will certainly forward along to project his voice when giving instruction and information. Thanks for coming out. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make this a 5 star impression.

The trip was one of those bucket list moments for myself and wife. Jessie not only made the kayak trip amazing, he also pointed us to some great in town restaurants. He was a ton of fun on the water and made sure we saw some alligators and some birds. He is one of the most enjoyable guides I have ever met. A memorable trip with so many amazing moments.
