Quick and helpful customer service made my experience so easy

I loved their customer service - I forgot to put my discount code after I made my purchase and Irene was kind enough to place it. I realized that the notification email was sent to my spam and Irene - to the rescue - walked me through the steps to complete my profile. Love their work and how much help it can provide.

Marielle was very quick to respond to my question and fix my printable documents instantly! Very impressed with the customer support!

Amazing Customer Service! I purchased a newlynamed box for my sister and immediately after I ordered, I panicked thinking the box would come personalized for myself instead of her! Right away (around 10pm on a weeknight) I contacted customer service explaining my situation and they responded within minutes! Irene was absolutely fantastic in explaining how the boxes work and the alternatives I could go with to make sure all my worries were handled. I ended up transferring the box to a gift card so my sister can order the box and personalize everything on her own. Irene explained in detail how this would be the most convenient and personalized experience for her. It was such an easy transfer and the gift card came in the mail just a few days later! Could not have asked for a better experience in general, but especially with Irene in customer service. Absolutely recommend newlynamed!!
