Even SSA disability examiner told me that I had great strong evidence and an approval claim but I need just a little more evidence like all my records, MRIs, X-rays, CT scans, injection s in my back , they wanna do surgery on my back., my mental health isn't good at all, it's worse and getting worse everyday, I've got ultrasound s, biopsys, nuclear radioactive iodine, procedures, please get my records recently did a sleep apnea test
