When I first called the person on the phone had no idea what an associate's degree was. I was pressured into signing forms without being given time to read them. Two years on I am still being drug along behind these guys. I finally got a letter of support from my doctor, put a photo of it on the portal, and got a message back saying "I can't send a picture to the disability office" despite being told that they are legally required to send everything. These people do not know what they are doing and do not care about you or your case. Look elsewhere, I am certain they have cost me a favorable ruling. This is after they hung everything in my case on a temporary injury rather than my real problem, over my early objections.

am EXTREMELY disappointed with our experience with Newlin Disability. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! My mother was approved for disability back in January, and months later we STILL have not received her disability approval letter or a clear explanation of her benefits. Newlin Disability received their payment from my mother’s backpay, but since then, getting anyone to communicate with us has been nearly impossible. I have left multiple messages and made multiple phone calls that have gone unanswered and unreturned. What is especially concerning is that my mother is currently only receiving approximately $60 a month from Social Security. We have been trying to get answers about why her monthly payment is so low and what is happening with the remainder of the benefit she was approved to receive, yet we cannot get anyone from this office to call us back and explain what is going on. It is incredibly frustrating to feel like once Newlin Disability received their fee from my mother’s backpay, the communication and assistance essentially stopped. My mother is disabled and depends on this income. She should not have to chase down the firm that represented her just to obtain her own approval paperwork and understand her benefits!! At this point, I am posting this review because repeated attempts to resolve this directly have gotten us nowhere. I would simply like someone from Newlin Disability to return my calls, provide my mother’s approval documentation, and help us understand exactly what is happening with her Social Security payments. Based on our experience after my mother’s approval, I cannot recommend Newlin Disability.

Poor communication, lack of skill, lack of professionalism. Keller n Keller got me approved and if wasn't for them I'd still be fighting disability with newlin. Pretty sad they say they fight for clients

The company charged me up front $1295 about a yr and a half ago and they don't return calls. They send an email once in a blue moon. This company is a scam. According to the SSA Website no company is supposed to charge a client until a settlement is reached. So they are operating against the Law. I paid them and they have not filed to represent me and do not want to file. They have already been paid to do so. Stay away. This is a complete SCAM. Your Welcome.

My assigned case manager is less intelligent as 1st grade child. She does not listen nor understands a word I say. I have called them repeatedly to speak to someone but never get anyone and for them to call back is a pipe dream. I have left repeated messages to no avail. They simply do not GAF all they care about is 25% for doing nothing. Do not trust these frauds they do not care about what happens to you in any way shape or form. 1 word Pathetic is being nice.

I'm currently being misrepresented by Newlin in a disability claim. I get a call once a Month from somebody in India to tell me nothing and she will call again next Month to tell me nothing again, the same thing has been going on for the last 7 Months. I'm considering contacting the SSA to see if I can dismiss Newlin as my representative.

You cannot speak to an attorney. Just a bunch of foreigners you can’t understand and have no idea what’s going on!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Since December 2024, we’ve had three different case managers—none of whom have provided consistent or effective support. Phone calls are not returned. Despite multiple attempts, they still can’t get the correct paperwork sent to the Social Security office, but our part is correct. You would think by the fourth attempt, they'd have it right. I specifically requested a call on Tuesday to be removed from this case, and now, two days later, there’s still no call and no resolution. They’re still “trying” to fix the issue—but at this point, it’s too late. Taking guardianship of a child is stressful enough without having to deal with inefficiency, miscommunication, and neglect from a legal team that was supposed to help us. We reached out for support with Social Security benefits, and they completely failed us.
