Funny that you would ask me to do a…
Funny that you would ask me to do a review for a product I ordered a month ago but still haven't received. I also got no notifucation from the company that the product was delayed. Only after I called did anyone call me back to explain that it's on a slow boat from China. It wqas also interesting to get email from NewLighting with a USED Lighting web address/return email address. I haven't received my order yet but I'm sure not impressed so far. And oh yeah, they debited my account for the order immediately after receiving the order instead of the much more common business practice of debiting my account once it has shipped.

Couldn't be faster
Couldn't be faster. I called on a Wednesday and needed 2-sections of 2' 12" LDT on Thursday. They got it to me. The show did in fact go on!

Quality service from 4 Wall lighting
I've used 4 wall lighting for lighting rentals and had a good experience, so I checked out newlighting.com to see how it compared. Out of two orders that I've placed with them, both were pretty easy transactions. I had a question about shipping time for my last order, and I was able to reach a real person quickly and he got the info to me in a timely manner. Price wise, they seem to compare favorably with other online retailers for lighting gear. However, you can really find some good deals on used equipment on their sister site, usedlighting.com or from a deal running on the new gear site. I recommend newlighting.com for any serious production person.
