Hi Chioma, thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you didn't have the perfect experience that we strive for. I wish we could do more, but our attempts have gone unanswered. Yes, customer service sends a thank you follow up email for every order. However, those go out shortly after your order is placed, whereas tracking information doesn't become available in our system until the package is received and starts moving through the shipping network. It usually takes a day or so, but updates are always automatically sent out. Our records show that yours were as well. That's correct that you did pay for 3-5 day shipping. However, it clearly states 3-5 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days, so your order arrived in 4 days from the time of purchase, as promised. If you knew it was such a tight deadline and you needed it sooner, 2 day air is available and should have been chosen. Also, your order was shipped via FedEx which was communicated via customer service in our reply email. We never use UPS. Again, I'm so sorry to hear that you had this experience, but please know that we delivered exactly what we promised, in the time frame that was chosen. We're very customer centric and do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy. I think there's a lot of misunderstandings here, and I apologize if we're at fault in any way.
