We always aim for our designs to match the vibrant images on our website, and we regret that yours looked dull upon arrival. Second, regarding the delivery timing, we sincerely apologize for the late-night delivery attempt. We understand that business addresses require delivery within normal working hours, and attempting a drop-off past 10:00 PM is certainly not standard practice. We are glad the carrier successfully completed the delivery the following day, but we will be addressing this scheduling issue with our logistics partners to ensure business addresses are properly prioritized during day runs.
