Worst experience! Delivery super delayed, bad customer service response, wrong cheap wine bottle sent, without any apologies and flowers were dead on delivery. Big waste of money! Please think again before using this provider.

THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE!
THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE AND THEY SHOULD BE EMBARASSED FOR WHAT THEY SEND.
A good friend ordered a gift assortment for me. When it arrived, it was a mess, crammed into a shipping box. Everything was simply thrown into an oversized plastic bag with each item in it individually wrapped in a bubble wrap or some other protective envelope. Visually, it was awful.
I checked the company's website to try to figure out what was actually ordered. The closest I came to what I received was "The Wine and Fine Things Set." The description on the website indicates that the following were supposed to be included:
" Bottle of Wine" What I received was a bottle of Brut which would not be served in the glasses depicted or included in my assortment.
"Chocolates - Laitière Tea Truffle Assortment : Make tea time feel extra special with the Laitière Tea Truffle Assortment. A delectable assortment of chocolate truffles, this selection of flavours is sure to please." What I received was a plain white box, not as pictured or from the Laitiere Company.
"Glasses - 2 Sienne (Wine Glasses) : A modern take on a classic wine glass, this glass has a flared shape, triangle decorations on the bowl, and is sure to take your beverages to the next level." What I received was more like glasses you would get in a bar, not the wine glasses as pictured with intricate designs.
"Candle - Evergarden Fresh Lavender Jar Candle : With the soothing scent of lavender, unwind from a long day when you light this relaxing candle and create a tranquil atmosphere. This candle comes in a glass jar with a wooden lid for easy clean up and storage." What I received was a generic glass candle with no indicated scent on it and no wood cover as depicted.
"Board - Oval Live Edge Cutting Board : This long oval cutting board is a lovely way to serve snacks and appetizers. Featuring a live edge all the way around, it is sure to be a beautiful keepsake for years to come. Metric : 43 x 20 x 2 cm Imperial : 17 x 8 x 1 in." What I received was certainly not as thick as indicated and the bark edge in an approximate 2" section appears to have been glued onto the edge with white glue because it had apparently fallen off.
A bag of pistachio nuts was included that was not included in the description.
I took pictures from the company's website of what was supposed to have been delivered and and 2 pictures of what I received when I opened the shipping box. I also included a picture of the unwrapped items. These pictures are in my Yelp review as there does not appear to be a mechanism to post pictures here.
I left a message on the company's website as to my disappointment because I know my friend's generosity. I don't want to contact my friends because I do not want to appear to be ungrateful, but I believe this company thrives on the fact that gift recipients will not contact the gift donors. No one from the company contacted me with a response.
I would never order anything from this company. I can only imagine what their fresh cut flowers look like.

This company was recommended to me…
This company was recommended to me alongside other options, so I proceeded to place an order for next-day delivery. The following morning, I received a notification stating that my transaction had been cancelled—without a clear explanation—and was informed that my funds were being refunded. However, the next day, I received a notice from my bank indicating that New Jersey Blooms had debited the amount from my account a second time; this constitutes an illegal and unjustified action, given that they themselves had notified me of the transaction's cancellation.

This company should be close for…
This company should be close for fooling and scamming people my order for my aunt 60th birthday today looks very cheap I did choose and ordered the premium one cost me $147 USD and they delivered a flower arrangement that doesn’t look like what I ordered in the picture they advertised on their website. Very very disappointed you can do better than putting the flowers in very cheap plastic pot from a dollar store I ordered a beautiful flower arrangements not a pot used when planting a vegetables, instead of a glass base if the original box base not available. I think i deserve more refund than a 30% that you offered. Personal Notes was printed in a bond paper instead of at least a presentable card and they wrapped around it with a cheap ribbon with a scotch tape and papers all over the cheap pot they used. You messed up my surprise to my Aunt on her special day. SCAMMERS.

I ordered a Pastel Floral Box Arrangement from New Jersey Blooms for $139.99. They were supposed to be delivered on June 30 and arrived on July 2. The flowers arrived wilted, some dead, and others with browned edges. NJ Blooms initially offered a 30% discount, then a 50% discount when that was refused. How about replacing the flowers with a quality arrangement?! It was embarrassing 1) to have the flowers arrive late, and 2) to look like they'd been pulled out of a dumpster. Please save your money and shop locally. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The flowers were delivered to an outdoor mail area in Florida
The flowers were delivered to an outdoor mail area in Florida and were badly wilted. I didn’t find out from the recipient until 3 or 4 days later. Because a photo wasn’t taken by the elderly recipient of the flowers at the time of delivery the company would not compensate in any way. Their CS referenced policy that only the sender/payor would have access to-not the recipient. So unfortunately, I spent a lot of money for wilted flowers-what a disappointment.
Response from New Jersey BloomsJul 1, 2026
Hi Alice, we're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it must have been for both you and your recipient.
We sincerely apologize that the flowers did not arrive in the fresh condition you expected. Fresh flowers are perishable, and we understand how frustrating it is to learn they were left in an outdoor mail area where the Florida heat may have affected their quality.
Unfortunately, because we were unable to receive photos of the flowers showing their condition upon delivery, we were not able to proceed with a quality claim or further investigate the concern. As outlined in our policy, photos submitted within the reporting window are required so we can properly assess perishable product issues and determine the appropriate resolution.
We understand that this was difficult given the circumstances, and we're sorry the outcome was not what you had hoped for. Your feedback regarding the claims process and overall experience has been shared with our team as we continue working to improve our customer experience. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
