We cannot say enough positive things about this company and Brett. We rented a property sight unseen but we were not disappointed once we arrived. He then explained how much he believed we should charge in rent based on our property. Everything was easy, it was paperless, and it was affordable. No gimicks, no lies, just straight honest work which I appreciated. I decided to go with him and New Age Real Estate on the spot after endless encounters with people I did not find suitable to be our property managers. New Age Real Estate has contractors to help with any property related emergencies and fixing things which need to be done. This is very stress relieving to us as owners.
