Discontinued color! Can't replace damaged cabinet
I've had a red and black bold series configuration with two closet cabinets and three cabinets on the floor and three cabinets above. I've had it for a while. I've seen better cabinets but for the price I guess it's not that bad .. when the product first came there was a big scratch on one of the doors so they had to replace that and it took them a while to ship it to me Their installation that I paid for was terrible it seemed like the guys had no idea how to install these.. they seem very confused Anyway fast forward to today. two floor cabinets were recently damaged and they no longer make the red and black so I have no way to replace them which is extremely disappointing. I called and ask how they were able to sell the bigger configuration in red and black which they advertise and they said that these are just left over stock and once they get sold that will be it and that you will no longer be able to get the red and black configuration so be careful when you buy this know that the red and black is discontinued if something happens to your cabinet . If they would significantly discount a brand new configuration the same as mine I would buy it but I'm not going to pay the same price for it as I did a few years ago. Honestly the fact that they don't make the red and black anymore that would be the least they can do for me is just discount a brand new configuration . I would be worried about shipping though because these did not come all at once if I remember correctly it took a while to get to me in pieces So maybe I just need to look for something else as I haven't seen yet one good review on the company itself and you can't say they support their product when they discontinue the color and won't break up a new set just to make the customer happy.
