This is a complete scam company - the kind you read about and don’t think they’ll get you. The double purchase should be your first clue. The extortionate price is your second. When I received my order of 3 bottles (plus 3 and 1 free) from an address in Ireland, I thought perhaps it was legitimate after all. Then I opened one bottle of tablets and there were only 10 in there instead of 30. I decided there and then that with every red flag highlighted I would be going for the full refund immediately. I received several emails back apologising and saying it was unusual, then one giving me a return address in the Netherlands. I went to the post office to send and was told I needed to pay the customs duty. I was so livid that this was getting more expensive but decided to pay it plus postage to get at least the majority of the money back. WRONG! I kept tracking the package and chasing the company who assured me the money was being authorised by their Finance Department. The package seemed to be held up at Customs for weeks. Today I got home to find the package on my doorstep, delivery having been refused by the company! I’ll update further when I get a reply from them. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LOW LIFE THIEVES!

This is a complete scam preying on desperate tinnitus sufferers like myself. Bought 6 bottles costing €294 with a 60 day money back guarantee. Then this so called Dr Hawthorne to be doubley sure the tinnitus goes it would be advantageous to purchase 6 more bottles at a discounted price, that’s when it hit me I’ve been done over scammed. Straight away I asked for my money back under the 60 day money back guarantee. Next day I got an email saying I have to send them back but I would have to pay the postage and any insurance,or I could keep them and they would refund me £102. Being a 74 year old pensioner I couldn’t do with the hassle and worry of sending them back,so I went for the partial refund. Needless to say after 6 weeks I have received nothing. Emailed them back two days ago, said they would look into it .Don’t hold out much hope there. Something needs sorting out here, this despicable ad is still on line.

Nearly but not quite, it begins well but doesn’t take long for AI to step in. Even the commentary is a script and then the price goes from high to low and the low stock etc etc same as all the other scams that prey on people who are desperate for a remedy. I’ve lived with tinnitus for 50 years, it’s awful but I just deal with it.

I am so sorry to read everyone's reviews that this is a complete scam, and their hopes raised, and alot of money taken. I have been looking for treatment for Tinnitus and my current drops, from a different supplier which advertised as a US doctor in the USA (but arrived and made in China with spelling mistakes - in itself a red flag) don't appear to do anything. Probably a scam too. Same type of professional looking long video, with loads of detailed information, graphics, medical info, reassurance, re the Tinnitus health issues, the natural products that can regrow what's needed in the inner ear, etc. Red flag (?) when put on the spot to buy, with just a few minutes to do so, against a clock ticking, being told running out of bottles, just more pressure to commit to a purchase. I watched this NEUVELYS video and wondered why 'Dr Richard Hawthorn' and others were speaking VERY quickly and twigged it was probably AI generated. But at that point, I didn't feel scammed, as I was thinking perhaps modern on line adverts are now AI generated! I took as many screenshots as possible when watching the video, as I wanted to review what I was being told. Beyond shocking that genuine doctors' names, them 'speaking in person', and genuine organisations' names such as medical authorities and universities are also being used in this absolute scam. I hope our authorities can investigate and stop this clearly fraudulent advert, surely it's criminal? - and bring to justice all those involved. And I hope all of you get your money back. Thank you for your reviews. You must be so upset. Tinnitus is a nightmare. I wish you well.
