Worst experience! They first told me they apologized for allowing me to order three Riley mirrors because they only had one. Then they sent two Sabrina floor length mirrors instead. Ok. The Riley showed up with only one screw in the kickstand and it was dangling off, then the two Sabrina’s arrive the next business day shattered and they somehow managed to imply that they were so confused how that happened and they aren’t sending two more, wasn’t even an option. Insanity.

I ordered a gold rimmed mirror and both times received a black rimmed mirror. Returned to get a refund.

Do NOT purchase before emailing them and asking if something is in stock. They will allow you to purchase anything online, then send you an email days later telling you they don’t have your item, and will ask you to accept a different item. The communication with them will take a week to complete, because they are not an American company.

I received an email stating my purchase was OUT OF STOCK and they have NOT REFUNDED ME!

The item came damaged

Terrible experience. Asked to give me a refund. I said yes to no reply. I emailed multiple times and finally 4 days later got a reply saying it would process in up to 30 Days

I may update this later, but so far my experience has been awful. I ordered an oversized mirror in sand grey. The tracking link they gave me for the order said no results found. I emailed them to see why that happened, and I got a response that they were out of that color of the mirror I wanted and asked if I would accept a silver one. WHAT!? How are they gonna be out of the mirror I wanted when I already PLACED THE ORDER. I emailed them back and simply asked when the sand gray would be back in stock. No response. It’s been days now and I can’t get in touch with anyone. Next thing I know I get an email asking me to leave a review. GLADLY! Also, I just checked their website, which shows the same exact mirror I ordered in sand gray is in stock. What is happening.
