The mirrors are very good-looking, I bought five beautiful mirrors at once, very creative, there are many customers who ask me where I bought the mirror, I recommend them all.

Amazing Mirrors that are unmatched in quality! The customer service department was equally as stellar. Mary & Shaira went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we got the product we dreamed of. Thank you so much Neutypechic! We will definitely be returning customers.

I finally ordered the mirror that I’ve been wanting! It came fast, it was BEAUTIFUL and well made but had a small chip in it. I sent an email right away and they had another one out to me instantly. The replacement showed up two calendar days later and I have never had that kind of customer service with any type of home furnishings before. I am so so happy and I really appreciate that they fixed the problem so quickly!!

They refunded me when the mirror was broken by FEDEX

Sorry that you go through a bad shopping experience on Neutypechic. The mirror was broken in transit, and we sent a replacement on Jan 9. But unfortunately, the replacement was damaged in transit, too. We do our best to package our products securely with the highest quality packaging materials. However, sometimes, things do still get damaged during the shipping process. We issued a full refund for Order #4811 on Jan 19, 2023. We do apologize for this inconvenience caused again. But if by any chance, we still want to offer you a satisfied mirror and service at the next time.
