My product arrive broken Im being sending emails and leaving voicemails and NO ONE respond.

Ordered from website, mirror came damaged, holes in box, shattered glass everywhere. No response multiple emails, phone calls, live chats, nothing.

I ordered a full length mirror on 9/21. Before my order was shipped, I had numerous email exchanges with the company about changing the mirror from gold to silver and the switch was confirmed. A mirror was delivered on 10/1, but it was not the full length mirror I ordered, it was a much smaller wall mirror. In the last five days, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company (two emails, one phone call and many attempted chat contacts through the website) to return the wrong item and have gotten no replies. I am surprised as the company was very responsive with my request to change my order and follow up on shipment of the order. However, as things stand now, I would not order from this company again and would discourage anyone else from ordering from them. 10/18 update: I finally heard back from the company on 10/10 that they would send the correct mirror. Then on 10/14, I received another email that they wouldn't be sending a new mirror because the description on the website was wrong and would refund my card instead. I responded with the hope that the company would make things right by sending the full length mirror I ordered as well as instructions to send back the wall mirror I did not order. On 10/15, we received another wall mirror. So now, we have two mirrors that we did not order and do not want and no responses from the company about how to return them. 10/31 update: I've since had numerous email exchanges with the company. The company offered to refund my money if I would remove my negative reviews. They have not "negotiated" anything with me - as their reply says below. I responded with a refusal to remove or change my review unless they sent the mirror I ordered and took back the TWO mirrors they sent in error - or until I got my money back. My account has been refunded though I've heard nothing from the company. I will find another mirror, but I'm extremely frustrated that I'm saddled with these mirrors that I didn't order and don't need (I haven't even opened the boxes.) If you choose to order from this company, you're doing it at great risk of wasting your time and money.

I ordered a mirror which arrived with multiple holes punctured through the box. As a result of this, the mirror was broken before I even opened the box. I started to open it and noticed small pieces of glass coming out of the bottom of the box, so I didn't even bother fully unpacking. I reached out immediately for a refund and still haven't heard back.

I got a broken mirror. Eric Gu finally responded to my email, after I sent two emails & left a voicemail at number provided which no one answers, to ask if I wanted a replacement & now he hasn’t responded to my last 5 emails saying yes, please send replacement. I need this resolved ASAP. Very disappointing & I am out almost $500.

Terrible experience. I was sent 2 mirrors instead of the 1 I ordered then told that I would have to pay for the shipping! Will never purchase from this company again. The customer service people were horrible and unresponsive

Getting in touch with a rep was very difficult. I ended up canceling the order.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, OR IT WILL COST YOU. If I could give negative stars, I would. HORRIBLE customer service. I requested cancelation and refund of an order, in writing, within 24 hrs of purchase, and prior to shipment. Instead of canceling my order and refunding my money, this company shipped an extremely expensive product I do not want and basically said its my problem. They emailed me 2 days after my request for cancelation and refund with a shipment confirmation, and THEN customer service replied to my email saying they can't do anything because the item already shipped. WT*?! Notifying BBB.
