Love the product but no after sales
Love the product - it really helps me with pain and stress management. However, my ear clip has broken and I have finally found I can buy a new lead. It would be much better if there was a way of purchasing this and new chargers on the main site. Also it is very difficult to contact the company. So far I have not had a response from the contact form and emails sent to the email addresses provided come back as un - deliverable! There is no way of contacting the company by telephone which is not good. I wish the after sales service was as good as the product.
