This is the biggest scam ever. I received the product from another company. I contacted customer service who stated they bought out the 3 different companies. I went back and forth for over 2 months. They said they will refund 50% of the purchase which was $44.00. I never received any refund. They attempted to take $84.00 but my bank blocked it. It took me o era week to get a new bank card not to mention having to change my bank info to all the companies I have. This is one Hugh scam. They should be ashamed of themselves. They are targeting people who are suffering from a painful illness and are just looking for relief. I hope they all feel the pain we are feeling and have someone scam them. DO NOT USR THIS COMPANY.

Ordered came no problem.which was a one off purchase But two weeks later had £24 taken off my bank card without any authorisation from me. Then the nightmare began. Totally unacceptable taking my money without my consent.

Do not use!!! Total con. Never received any products. Said they had cancelled my subscription but they haven't. Not replying to emails now either.

They took money from my account twice at ,£65 a go totalling £130 , without my knowledge or consent. A called after tge 1st time that reassurance me it wouldn't happen again, but it did. Ive had to block my card from them. Also The product doesn't work do double wammy. Ive tried contacting them directly via the website and via email, and nothing.

My 93-year-old stepfather has been scammed by these people. He ordered one lot of products and didn't untick the sneaky ‘reorder monthly’ box so received them again 1 month later and they'd taken $177 from his account. I've emailed them in my capacity as his PoA but had no response. Support your local pharmacy instead is my suggestion!

Never received any product, or refunds! Total rip off!! I've turned them over to my credit card company.

Wish I had read the reviews. Had three payments taken for a subscription I never signed up for. The customer service team initially pretend to help but after advising the subscription was cancelled, took a further payment the following month. Customer service now ignoring my emails. Avoid!!!

There was a program on BBC television years ago called “ Never Mind the Quality, Feel the Width”. This company is like that show. There advertising is totally suggestive of what might happen if you use the product. Based entirely upon the “ Placebo Effect”. My wife had no benefit at all. I question whether there is any active ingredient in the product, I have no way of testing that. What I do know is that unsolicited shipments arrived , no communication with the company was responded to. We have blocked them from our bank account. Still they attempt to make withdrawals , eight attempts in one day. This is a scam The product is useless Any perceived benefit is due to the placebo effect. Do not engage with this company in any way. Save your money and protect yourself .
