The first round of questions is how we work out which fix you need so we don't send the wrong part, but we should have explained that up front rather than making it feel like a runaround.

Ho usato il casco per tanti mesi per i miei genitori affetti da demenza cambiando spesso protocollo sperando in qualche miglioramento, ma purtroppo non ho notato nessun minimo segno positivo. Prima di buttarlo vorrei chiedervi se potete indicarmi un protocollo personalizzato che possa servire a qualcosa. Avevano anche fatto l'Ecg quantitativo. product has worked only about 50% of the time I try to use it. Dozens of failures reported to your customer service department. I am a retired VP of Operations for an electronics manufacturing company. Packaging for shipment is grossly inadequate. I don't understand how any professional engineer would have approved a product sitting loose inside a cardboard box. It needs soft foam on all sides. I suspect you have poor quality software and you MAY have manufacturing quality issues. Too bad because the fundamental product concept is exceptional, the execution is poor.
