Neubase mismanaged my company
Neubase helped me register an LLC in 2024. Then they mismanaged it pretty badly. In 2025, the registered agent they had hired resigned for an unknown reason, and my LLC was dissolved. In March 2026, an automatic monthly payment failed once due to insufficient funds on the card. Instead of trying to charge me again later, they silently terminated my services and did not file my company's tax returns, without ever notifying me. As a result, my company is now at risk of a huge IRS fine. When I contacted Neubase about all of this, they were unhelpful, did not answer my questions, and tried to gaslight me by saying that I wasn't receptive to their new onboarding process, when in fact they had never offered me any new onboarding process.

We take every review seriously, but this account leaves out important context. We have to correct the record here. Our records show that we attempted to reach you repeatedly over a period of several months without any response. During that same period, your payments stopped. Our services, including registered agent coverage and tax filings, are recurring services that depend on an active, paid engagement. When a client is both unreachable and no longer paying, we cannot continue acting on their behalf, and we cannot file tax returns for a company whose owner does not respond to us. You contacted us again only after the compliance consequences of that inactivity became apparent. At that point our team responded and explained what would be needed to bring the company back into good standing. We remain willing to help you resolve the current situation, including reinstatement and outstanding filings, under a reactivated engagement.
