Neubase helped me register an LLC in 2024. Then they mismanaged it pretty badly. In 2025, the registered agent they had hired resigned for an unknown reason, and my LLC was dissolved. In March 2026, an automatic monthly payment failed once due to insufficient funds on the card. Instead of trying to charge me again later, they silently terminated my services and did not file my company's tax returns, without ever notifying me. As a result, my company is now at risk of a huge IRS fine. When I contacted Neubase about all of this, they were unhelpful, did not answer my questions, and tried to gaslight me by saying that I wasn't receptive to their new onboarding process, when in fact they had never offered me any new onboarding process.

Terrible Customer Service , i understand the is a wait in getting EIN but when i wait for weeks and ask for update just to receive a rude respone and still no feedback tells you want kinda of company you are dealing with . If i could go back i probably would use a different company
