This company only cares about ARR and nothing else. They're a law firm masquerading as a software company and they have it in their contract that no matter what, you are paying even if they don't perform or the software doesn't do what they told you it would do. Stay away. I learned the hard way and hopefully this saves someone else the money and time. Trust the reviews.

Believe that they deserve every bit of their 1.5 rating which is too generous IMO. After the checks clear the support and "we are here for you" sales pitch disappears just as you would expect from sales once the contract is signed. The support team is useless and ineffective. Every time someone gets a hold of a case you have to start all over again telling the story. NO ONE READS THE CASE FILE BEFORE??? NO COMPANY WANTS TO PAY 10's of thousands + PLUS MONTLY TO THEN HAVE TO TROUBLESHOOT ISSUES OR USE SUITE ANSWERS>>>NO ONE><<< Stay As Far Away As You Can. Do not invest anytime listening to the sales pitch or the "care" you will receive after the ink dries, because you won't get it. Then they have the audacity to ask you to complete a survey after receiving virtually no help from support, chat or a account manager. It's just laughable. ABYSMAL COMPANY & PRODUCT. Period. End of Sentence.

An absolute disaster. The sales team has no communication with the implantation team, many of whom are not strong English speakers… the account managers are horrible. We had to threaten to sue before anything was even remotely handled. For the price, it is one of the worst investments we have ever made. I absolutely will avoid doing business with them in the future and greatly regret not choosing Sage to handle our accounting.

dont go near them if your contomplating it. The renewal trap is out of hand and akin to dealing with a upvc window salesman in the 80's. They will give you a heavily discounted solution to sign up and then take it awayvery quickly knowing that you wont want to switch ERP's again. cost of solution hs gone up 45% in two years. Even if you remove functionality to try and save cost they will just adjust the discount to ensure you still pay over the odds. Dont get trapped!!!!!

Terrible implementation. ZERO support once you go live unless you pay a fortune to get help with their system that doesn't work properly. Need to pay them to fix things that they haven't done right. Extremely slow on fixing any issues you have.

The worst finance system by far absolutely abysmal.

Our company experienced major structural changes a few months after signing with NetSuite, and we no longer have the personnel or time required to implement their system. Unfortunately, NetSuite has been completely unwilling to work with us on canceling our plan, even though we have not begun using the product. They are insisting that we pay for the full remaining two‑year term, regardless of our situation. Be aware that once you sign, you are essentially locked in. Make absolutely certain you are ready to commit long‑term, because canceling is not an option. Additionally, the onboarding process is extremely long, resource‑intensive, and, in our experience, quite painful.
