NetSpot seems like a great product for a reasonable price. I did have an issue where I accidentally purchased from both the Apple and Netspot online stores. Thankfully Netspot sorted out the issue. Good product either way great support.

I tried the Netspot App for iOS and was not happy with my experience - essentially I could not generate a heatmap of my WiFi coverage. I did however ask the Netspot help desk for assistance to see what I was doing wrongly. It appears that the iOS App is very limited and they kindly helped me to try their PC based software which achieved exactly what I was after and to relocate my mesh access points after identifying areas of poor WiFi coverage, so now very happy with my experience with the Netspot PC based version - just not so happy with the iOS version. The support however was outstanding - thank you
