We got prompt and helpful support from our NetReputation team. Once we established a consistent date for our reporting, we received monthly updates on schedule and quick action and answers to any of our questions. Danny was a great point person and generous with his expertise and time. Most importantly the process worked in getting unwanted on-line information suppressed!
