They do not tell you that you will be paying high brokerage fees when returning a parcel. Also, they increase the weight on the package to bill you more. Will be doing a chargeback.

As others have said, and as they themselves admit, the company works on double billing. You pay a fee for shipping, and then weeks pass and magically you get billed for 5-200% more on various other charges. I genuinely don’t know how this is legal? Myself and dozens of others I know who tried out netparcel during the Canada Post strike ALL had double billing problems, some with absurd 100-200% up charges. It is actually insane. I’ll be talking with my credit card company on doing charge backs for anything netparcel tries. Avoid at all costs.

Each time they claim the weight is wrong and charge you more after the fact, seems to be completely random. 4lbs package claimed to weigh 14lbs. Yeah my scale is not that inaccurate. Scam company, stay away!!

Terrible experience, they add weight to your packages and then charge you for it. I had to cancel my card and do a chargeback since they kept taking money from me after I closed my account.

Horrible platform Do not use this service. They use cheap rates to pull you in and 5 out 8 shippings they sent us an invoice to charge for more. I am going to have the investigated. The same package size has been sent with other couriers or even shopify’s label generator itself and no issues but these guys always send an invoice saying the size of the package changed etc.

Had a parcel shipped from Canada to the US and emailed for a redirect! 6 days later STILL no response from their email support address listed! It's useless, so no point in having one as NO one will get back to help you!

I have used NetParcle several times. They always asked me to pay the overdue amount, saying that either the dimensions or the weight of the package had increased. And they asked for proof with photos. LOL. Will not use this service again!
