Boy you guys have come a long way. The process is getting better. I realize you are at the mercy of your vendors but the communication is getting better. You have saved me time and money so I am ok with it. The only thing I have to remember is the my "no order" list for the vendors who don't come through on a regular basis on time so that I don't waste everyones time and nerve cells.

We purchased CAD scanning powder as advertised online - we observe product was timely delivered but found it is not for use as a clinical product because it has no applicator to direct spray as needed; the spray is unusually cold (alarming patient) and powder residue is insufficient to opacify surface for adequate image capture the very purpose of a scanning powder, These relevant factors were not stated in product info prior to purchase. We ll now learn how tolerant the company is for accepting returns and refunding our account

The rep was very knowledgeable and quick who helped us with a defective item.
