Service is good
Service is good. Typed in discount code for free shipping but hit “process order” button by mistake first before hitting “apply code”. Hoped to get the free shipping applied anyway due to honest mistake by me. Was told nothing they could do. Skeptical about that. Always SOMETHING that could be done. I realize it was my mistake but I spent a good bit of money and the $50 in shipping would have been nice.

Order was placed in September…
When the order was placed in September it stated it was a pre-order. The exact date of shipping was not mentioned. I called after a couple of weeks to find out why I had not received my order. At that time I was told bottles would be shipped in October. After waiting the whole month it took me calling on October 30 to find out that the bottles (F Cancer and Yellowstone) were being shipped on October 31. An email telling when bottles were being shipped would have been nice.

The ordering process and price for the product was well received however it’s now 4 days past the order date and the tracking details show that only a label has been created. It’s taking a long time for an in stock item to ship.
