Didn't apply discount

Placed an order, paid for the order, order was confirmed and then waited and waited! Had an event that I needed that bottle for and sent them an email asking when it was going to be delivered. They replied with “that bottle is sold out.” That was too frustrating! Especially the time factor and the fact that it was available to order.

Shouldnt take this long. No tracking, ridiculous and overpriced for shitty service

Bad customer service. I placed an order and the free shipping didn’t work. I was told I could cancel the order with a 10% restocking fee and that “While we can make certain changes to an order after it's placed, our system does not allow us to apply discount codes retroactively once payment has been processed”. Seems like an easy fix for any company that cares at all about customer service. I would not buy from Nestor.

They send sales emails out, then when you go to buy the on sale item they have "sold out" next to it even at the release time. Just another scam of a website. You make a complaint, they don't get back to you. Spend your money somewhere that cares about its customers.

They messed up the shipping address that I provided them and then billed me to resend it to the same address. I could have either paid to have it restocked and lose $60 or have it reshipped for $60. So I paid for them to send it to the same exact address a second time. Four weeks of waiting for 3 $70 bottles of bourbon that ended up really costing me $90 a piece. BTW, the original shipping was only $30.

Is the Nestor Liquor online store a scam? I tried to cancel an order within seconds after unintentionally placing it and was charged a 10% cancellation fee. Great business model - Set up a system that doesn't allow users to review their orders before processing and charge them 10% for inconvenience. Nestor Liquor may be a great group of folks, I don't know. But they were terrible to me. So I say - Buyers Beware!

When I ordered a pre-order item that continued to get pushed back, I reached out to Nestor. The sarcastic& rude responses were mind blowing. I do not recommend doing business with them. There are way too many other options out there. I opted not to continue waiting & was charged 10% of the total cost. Not sure what for since nothing was ever restocked. Horrible
