I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Nestify's customer support, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. Not only were they slow to respond, but when they did, their answers were curt and downright rude. It felt like I was inconveniencing them with my inquiries, which is the last thing you'd expect from a service-oriented company. What's even more frustrating is that they never provided proper support. Instead of addressing my concerns and offering solutions, they seemed more interested in brushing me off. It's as if they couldn't care less about retaining customers or providing satisfactory service. I've dealt with numerous customer support teams in the past, but Nestify's performance ranks among the worst. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for hosting services with better customer support.

Started off fine.. actually great.. but then... Suddenly, those 1-star reviews I read here suddenly made sense. You will lose $$ and hair. Switch to a real host with proper support.

After working, or should I say fighting with Hostgator, Bluehost and the worst of them all Knownhost (formally HostAsset), I had enough so I started to shop around. Then a When I first moved to Nestify, I was genuinely impressed. Compared with other hosts I had used, the service felt faster, cleaner, and more stable, and in the beginning I felt confident recommending it. Over time, however, my experience changed. The main issue was not one single outage or support ticket — it was the gradual decline in consistency, professionalism, and accountability. Support increasingly felt uneven, and too often the answer was to “speak to your web developer” even when the issue involved platform-level settings or hosting controls that were not fully available to me under the plan. As someone who does manage websites, that was frustrating, because in several cases the request was effectively asking me to troubleshoot something that should have been handled directly by the hosting provider. Another concern is that the service appears to operate more like a shared hosting environment than many customers may assume from the marketing. That may be fine for some users, but it is important to understand exactly what level of infrastructure isolation, control, and administrative access you are actually getting. The final issue was the cancellation process. When I attempted to cancel the remaining server after migrating away, the system returned a server error at final confirmation, forcing me to open a support ticket to request cancellation manually. That did not leave a good final impression. To be fair, Nestify may still suit customers who want managed WordPress hosting and do not want to manage their own infrastructure. But based on my longer-term experience, I no longer have the same confidence I had when I first signed up. In short: Nestify was better for me at the start than it was at the end. We ultimately moved all remaining sites to our own AWS infrastructure because we wanted clearer control, stronger accountability, and a more professional overall experience.friend of mine recommended Nestify. I was hesitant at first as I like the cpanel and all the extra things I could do, but then after the 7 day trial, actually day 3 of the trial, I was sold. It is super fast, which is great, and better than the other slower ones I mentioned above. Has better service and most of all they do not rip you off, by saying you can have unlimited sites but then say you really can only have x sites A LOT less, or even worse you sign on with one company then it gets bought out and they change the facts. They listen to you and fix any issues you show and then let you know. They are great to work with and the servers are awesome. I will be using them from now on. Also, they do not use companies like certain companies to hack your site and then ask you to pay them to fix it. I have seen it and experienced it. Hostgator is known to do this.

CDN errors. Suspect they have server issues as cache persist no matter how to clear caches. Used different PCs and browsers even clear cache from server end doesn't help. Restore site from their backups totally destroyed our site. Ended up in fatal error beyond repair. Customer service persons usually ask questions to answer our questions. Respond is slow and not effective. Sometimes they stop responding after question our question. Cancel subscription is also very bad. Customer service ask questions and feedbacks again after we clearly requested plan cancellation. Still not go ahead with our cancellation request. Then ask us to raise another ticket to cancel. Then we raised another ticket with more details as they requested. It has been 11 days. No one respond our ticket since then. They might drag us into next billing circle or never reply. Hopeless company!

I booked a free trial that needs a business email. Registered the account and had to contact support to activate it. Tried to configure test websites and I couldn't access the WordPress dashboard. Again, had to contact support via live chat to fix it. Waited for like 3 hours. Then, I decided to ask a few technical queries and live chat couldn't give me an answer. They told me to open a ticket for the technical team to respond. I did so under ticket number #10610.==> 24 hours later, there was no response. Three days later, no response. I reached out to live chat, and they promised to push the technical team to respond. Okay, it's almost a week later and still no response. Now imagine if I had a production website and it's down and I need urgent help? My trial ends today and I won't bother upgrading it.

I used Nestify.io migration service on their 7 day trial. They first migrated to a staging environment where it all appeared to migrate fine. They then transferred the staging site to the live environment. I ran a page speed test and found the page took more than twice as long to load vs my original host. I then discovered that the migration from the staging site to the live environment did not update all the image and internal page and post URLs. Every page was linking out to the staging site. This meant I had to manually go through each page and correct ever image and internal link. All this before the end of the 7 day trial.

I bought a wordpress site hosted on Nestify, I wanted to access the DNS settings but couldn't do it within the platform. Contacted support for help - they were fast to respond but couldn't help me access the DNS settings. After that my site went down and they couldn't understand why it did, they just told me to point the DNS records to their address in my domain registrar but that didn't work either. It has been a few days of me following up with them trying to resolve the issue but just getting the same response - DNS is not pointing to us, even though I did point it manually per their instructions... Thus, I decided to host my site on another hosting provider, where I have full control of all the settings. Unfortunately I have lost some of the installed themes & plugins so I need to do a lot of work from scratch. I am currently Trying to cancel my subscription from Nestify as I won't be using their services anymore. I say "trying to cancel" since in their platform there is no option to manage or cancel your subscription and support suggested I open a ticket. I did and had to follow up in 5 days and also create another ticket, both of which are "Being Processed".
