When I used nest 3 years ago I really enjoyed the person I spoke with. But after gaining a connection with her a few appointments in after having my baby, she was no longer gonna be there and they were giving me someone else who I didn't really like who had a an entirely different view on breastfeeding. Fast forward to now I have a newborn who Im having issues with latching. I not only wasted my time setting up an appointment for Tuesday but filling out all their forms which took me over an hour. For them to call me today to cancel my appointment tomorrow. Because they don't take my insurance. I do not recommend filling out any of the paperwork until you speak to someone directly. And are sure that they take your insurance because you will waste a lot of your time! I honestly think I just don't recommend this company for your lactating support. The woman who called me today was totally rude as she was just telling me they have to cancel my appointment.

All three lactation consultants I've met with have been absolutely amazing! They offered tips and strategies on how to navigate the breastfeeding challenges I was dealing with and have made a real difference in my breastfeeding experience. They were also so incredibly kind and supportive, which made a world of a difference during such a hard period.

My specialist is so kind and knowledgeable and made me feel prepared and at ease when thinking about breast feeding. I look forward to any ongoing sessions especially once my little one is here
